Pressure

Pressure testing devices listed

Pressure calibration is the comparison of the output of a device used to measure pressure with that of another pressure measurement device, or pressure measurement standard. This usually involves plumbing the device under test (DUT) to the standard device and generating a common pressure in the measurement circuit.

Pressure Guages, Transducers and Recorders

Pressure Guages are instruments for measuring the condition of a fluid (liquid or gas) that is specified by the force that the fluid would exert, when at rest, on a unit area, such as pounds per square inch or newtons per square centimetre. The reading on a gauge, which is the difference between two pressures, is known as the gauge pressure

Barometers

A barometer is a scientific instrument used in meteorology to measure atmospheric pressure. Pressure tendency can forecast short term changes in the weather. Numerous measurements of air pressure are used within surface weather analysis to help find surface troughs, high pressure systems and frontal boundaries.

Manometers

Manometer is an instrument for measuring the pressure of a fluid, consisting of a tube filled with a liquid, the level of the liquid being determined by the fluid pressure and the height of the liquid being indicated on a scale.

Vaccum Guages and Transducers

Pressure transducers accurately and rapidly measure the absolute, gauge or differential pressure of process gases and liquids. Differential pressure gauges measure the pressure differential between two points in a process using separate dead-ended pressure sense ports.

Differential Pressure Meters

Differential pressure meters use Bernoulli's equation to measure the flow of fluid in a pipe. When the flow increases, more pressure drop is created. Impulse piping routes the upstream and downstream pressures of the flowmeter to the transmitter that measures the differential pressure to determine the fluid flow.

Bubler Level Gauges

A bubbler system in an inexpensive yet accurate way to measure the fluid level in open or vented containers. A complete bubbler level measurement system consists of a source of compressed air, an air flow restrictor, sensing tube, and pressure transmitter.
